Visual design to amplify customer engagement for a new B2B credit campaign and improvements for the home page for all customers.

The business line of credit was not meeting the stakeholders expectations for attracting more new clients. Existing clients were also not using their business line of credit that was available to them as much as they could be. As a consultant, I met with senior bank representatives from multiple divisions and departments to learn more and help them redesign their website. A new B2B credit line of credit landing page and a refreshed home page were needed to meet business goals and improve the customer experience.

Banner Bank wanted to increase personal service opportunities and B2B applications submitted. Their new credit company partnership would be featured in upcoming marcom campaigns. Work would need to be done with an agile team of project managers, developers and digital strategists. Using sketches provided, I needed to build new visual layouts following a Z flow to guide users to apply for a business line of credit. Layouts would be tested for readability, refined based on results and then handed off to the development team to code.

Refreshing of the home page needed to include a better log in process to access new credit accounts and the page needed to be more accessible.

UI & UX Design Focus

Deliverables to include:

  • New page layouts that have been tested for readability and effectiveness to provide key stakeholders proof of concept.

  • Visual layouts created in Adobe XD ready for developers to program on client websites.

  • Source stock photography within client brand guidelines effective for B2B clients.

  • Create an accessible experience on the home page, include new feature to access credit accounts at login and provide more awareness of value added messaging for people to build trust.
